摘　　要：商务部对初级形态的二甲基环体硅氧烷类产品征收反倾销税,少数不法商人以初级形态的聚硅氧烷报关,以逃避反倾销税。本文通过对初级形态的甲基环硅氧烷类产品鉴定的研究,达到进一步区分聚硅氧烷和甲基环硅氧烷的目的,为反欺诈工作打下了基础。The Ministry of Commerce imposes anti-dumping tax on primary form product of dimethyl siloxane.A few illegal traders declare to the Customs in the name of polysiloxane in order to avoid the anti-dumping tax.In this paper,through studying？how to identify？the primary form of methyl siloxane,polysiloxane and methyl siloxane can be easily differentiated,The research has laid a scientific foundation for the fanti-fraud work of Dimethyl siloxane Products.
