摘 要:为探讨低浓度汞污染对人群健康的影响,测定了污染区及对照区大气汞、饮用水汞;同时对两区居民测定尿汞、发汞、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)和尿N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)。结果:污染区大气汞浓度明显高于对照区(P<0.01);两区生活饮用水汞浓度均不超标。污染区人群尿汞及发汞中位数明显高于对照区人群(P<0.01);污染区人群尿β2-MG和尿NAG几何均值亦明显高于对照区人群(P<0.01)。此结果提示:低浓度空气汞污染已使人群体内汞负荷增加;已使人群肾功能受到了影响。To explore the effects of exposure to low levels mercury in the air on human renal funciton,the mercury levels in the air and drinking water,the levels of urine mercury and hair mercury,the levels of urine 2microglobulin (2MG) and the activities of urinary NacetylDglucosaminidase(NAG) of the residents were determined in the polluted area and control areaThe results showed that the concentrations of mercury in the air in the polluted area was higher than that in the control areaThe concentrations of mercury in the drinking water in two observed areas were both under the hygienic standard for drinking waterThe medians of urine mercury and hair mercury,the geometric means of urine 2MG contents and the activities for NAG among the population in the polluted area were significantly higher than those in the control area respectivelyIt indicated that exposure to low level mercury in the air resulted in the increase of mercury load in human body and the demege of human renal function.
