摘　　要：在生态建设和生态经济发展中,生态补偿法制发挥着日益重要和无可替代的作用。科学、规范地理解生态补偿的概念内涵和法律性质,有利于生态补偿理论研究的规范发展,有利于生态补偿有关法制的科学制定和高效实施。在探讨生态补偿概念和性质典型观点的基础上,进一步阐述了个人观点,并结合有关实例进行了讨论。In the development of ecological construction and ecological economy,a legal system of ecological compensation plays an increasingly important and irreplaceable role. To scientifically and normatively understand the connotation and legal nature of this system is conducive to the normal development of ecological compensation theory as well as the scientific formulation and efficient implementation of relevant legal systems of ecological compensation. Based on discussing the typical points of view of the concept and nature of ecological compensation,the thesis further explains personal opinions and makes argumentation with relevant examples.
