摘　　要：从法律责任的性质来分析,不动产登记错误登记机关所负的赔偿责任是一种民事责任,具体来说属于民事责任中的侵权赔偿责任。从处理程序上看,将登记机关的赔偿责任按照普通的民事赔偿程序来处理具有更大的便利性。From the perspective of the nature of legal responsibility,the nature that the real estate registration authority bears is a kind of civil liability,specifically,compensation liability. From the perspective of select of sue procedure,it＇s more convenient to have this responsibility taken in accordance with the ordinary procedures of civil compensation.
