摘 要:研究了用氧吸收速率(OxygenUptakeRate,简称OUR)表征活性污泥硝化活性的方法.利用生物抑制剂丙烯基硫脲(alylthiourea,简称ATU)和氯酸钠(NaClO3)可以选择性地抑制亚硝酸细菌和硝酸细菌的活性.通过测量不同时间的OUR,可以分别计算出污泥的亚硝化活性和硝化活性.结果表明:该方法的测量结果与实际反应器中的硝化反应情况相当一致.该方法简单易行,快速方便,适用于硝化系统中硝化活性的测量.A simple method was developed to characterize the nitrification activity by oxygen uptake rate (OUR).The method was based on the subsequent addition of allylthiorea (ATU) and NaClO 3,selective inhibitors of nitrate bacteria and nitrite bacteria respectively,to the mixed liquid sample of activated sludge in a closed batch respirometer.The effect of nitrification inhibitors on the endogenous respiration of activated sludge and the heterotrophic substrate oxidation were investigated.The repeatability tests were carried out and the results indicated that the average oxidation rates of NH 4 + N and NO 2 - N were 12.6±0.3mg(O 2)/(L·h) and 2.8±0.5mg(O 2)/(L·h),respectively.The nitrification activity measured by oxygen uptake rate was validated by determining the variation of nitrate in the running reactor.By means of simple measurement of OUR combined with the subsequent addition of two selective nitrification inhibitors,the oxidation rate of NH 4 + N,NO 2 - N and COD can be obtained,which is helpful for control and optimization of nitrification process.
