中文科技核心期刊高被引频次论文的统计分析

摘　　要：以清华同方中国学术文献网络出版总库为文献源,研究了自然科学和工业技术第一中文核心期刊的高被引频次论文。39种核心期刊中33种发表了高被引频次论文,发表时间主要在世纪之交,发文篇数占发文总篇数的1.1‰。每种被引期刊都有一篇最高被引频次论文,11种核心期刊的最高被引频次论文的被引频次≥300次,其中《自动化学报》1427次。分析了高被引频次论文和最高被引频次论文的被引特征与学科前沿发展的相关性。高品格的学术论文、期刊编审者和名刊的融合是产出高被引频次论文的基础条件。This paper studies the high citation frequency papers of first-rate core Chinese periodical in natural science and industrial technology in CNKI.In the 39 core journals,33 of them have papers of high citation frequency,most of which are published between 2000 and 2004.The papers of high citation frequency account for 1.1‰ of all the papers published.In each citation journal,there is a paper of high citation frequency.In CNKI,11 core journals have papers with the citation frequency higher than 300 times and among them Acta Automatica Sinica has the highest,1427 times.This paper studies papers of high citation frequency,their citation features and the relevance with the latest development of academic frontiers.The result shows that the basic conditions are the integration of papers of high quality,the editors of the journals and the first-rate core Chinese periodicals.
