摘　　要：问题读者是在图书馆内制造犯法、违规、干扰等问题行动的特殊读者。依性质与程度、危机管理与可操作性等基本原则,可把问题读者划分为犯罪型、违规型和干扰型。探讨了图书馆问题读者的管理路向——强化问题读者管理意识、提高服务质量与管理水平、创建协作管理机制、编制危机管理指南等。Problem readers are the special readers who break the law or get out of line or create a disturbance in the library.They can be divided into the criminal style、the illegal style,and the disturbed style according to the principle of the nature and degree,crisis management and maneuverability.The management strategy,which the paper discusses on problem readers in the library,is to strengthen management awareness,improve service quality and management level,create a collaborative management mechanism,prepare crisis management guides and so on.
