政府引导下的国际金融中心建设:亚洲金融危机后的新加坡经验及其对上海的启示

摘　　要：亚洲金融危机发生后,在政府引导下,新加坡提出建成世界级金融中心的目标并采取有效措施,取得了一定成效。这些措施主要是在做好金融中心发展规划的基础上加强软硬环境建设。在总结新加坡经验的基础上,文章提出了对上海国际金融中心建设的四点启示。Under the guidance of government, Singapore proposed the goals of building world - class financial center after the asian financial crisis. So some measures had been taken. These measures as following： planning the development of International Financial Center ; building hard environment and soft environment. Based on the experience of Singapore, the paper puts forward four enlightenments to Shanghai.
