摘  要:为获得具有再分布特性的新型中性心肌灌注显像剂,采用了以SnCl2·2H2O为还原剂,SDH为N3-离子提供体,在室温下制备了[99mTcN]2+int中间体,然后与NOEt发生配体交换反应得到标记率>90%的99mTcN(NOEt)2配合物。小鼠体内生物分布实验表明99mTcN(NOEt)2具有较高的心肌摄取,在注射后5min时心/血、心/肝、心/肺比值分别为10.48、 2.07、 0.74,脑摄取量为4.43%ID·g-1,脑/血比值为1.12。mTcN(NOEt)2 is prepared through a two step ligand-exchange reaction by using SnCl2 as reduction agent and SDH (succinyl dihydrazide) as a donor of nitride nitrogen atom (N3-) at room temperature. The labelling procedure is more convenient for clinical use. The radiochemical purity (RCP) of the product is over 90% by TLC. The biodistribution results in mice indicate that 99mTcN(NOEt)2 has high myocardial uptake. For 5 min post injection the heart-to-blood, heart-to-liver and heart-to-lung ratios are 10.48, 2.07 and 0.74, respectively. The uptake of brain is also good. For 5min post injection the brain uptake is 4.43%ID·g-1 and the brain-to-blood ratio is 1.12. Based on these results 99mTcN(NOEt)2 exhibits prommising properties for further studies.
