摘 要:对47例糖尿病(DM)患者及35例性别、年龄相当的正常对照者行99mTc-DTPA动态显像和双能X线法腰椎2—4骨密度测定。结果表明,肾功能轻度与重度受损的患者骨密度(BMD)同龄百分比值低于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。重度肾功能受损的DM患者中,BMD减低较其他DM患者严重,提示严重糖尿病肾脏病变将导致骨质疏松。因此,对肾功能受损的DM患者进行骨质疏松的防治非常必要,同时保护DM患者的肾功能也将是预防骨质疏松的有效方法。The 99mTc-DTPA dynamic renography was performed in 35 normal controls and 47 patients with DM. Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) was used to estimate bone mineral density in L2-L4 for all of the cases. The results showed that BMD age-matched values of subgroups with mild or severe decreasing renal function were significantly lower than that of the controls (P<0.05 and P<0.01, respectively). And, BMD decreased more significantly for the subgroup with severe decreased renal function. Therefore, the prophalaxis of osteoporosis for DM patients with renal insufficiency is very important, and the protection of renal function of DM patients is effective for the prevention of diabetic osteoporosis.
