摘  要:目的建立高温高湿条件下胸腰段脊髓火器伤动物模型,观察伤后生命体征变化情况。方法 24头南方实验用猪随机分成常温对照,常温火器伤组、高温高湿对照组及高温高湿火器伤组,致伤动物俯卧位于致伤架,选取L1椎体为射击点,25m处八一式步火器精确射击。伤后监测生命体征变化。结果脊髓火器伤后高温高湿条件对体温、呼吸、血压和心率的影响是非常显著的。高温高湿条件引发的生命体征急剧变化和早期呼吸、循环功能衰竭是导致动物早期死亡的重要原因。结论此模型的建立及观察到的生命体征变化为研究高温高湿条件下脊髓火器伤后机体病理生理变化、早期诊断及救治提供了理论依据。高温高湿条件是脊髓火器伤后机体二次打击因素。Aim To establish an animal model of firearm injury to spinal in a hot and humid environment and observe the variations of vital signs. Methods Twenty-fourth healthy pigs each weighted 27.53±3.15Kg were randomly divided into a common temperature control group (Group 1 ),a firearm injury group in common temperature group (Group 2 ) ,a a hot and humid environment control group (Group3) and a firearm injury group in a hot and humid environment (Group 4). The animals in Group2 and Group4 were anesthetized and fixed on vulnerating-bench, they were shot on L1 lumbar vertebra, which performed by 81 dries from a distance of 50m.Then the changes of vital signs were observed. Results The impact of firearm injury on the body temperature, respiratory, blood pressure and heart rate of pigs in the hot and humid environment was significant The fierce respiratory changes,respiratory failure was the main cause leading to the death of the animals. Conclusion The establishment and the observation of variations of vital signs of animal model provided theoretical basis for investigating the pathological and physical variations, early diagnosis and treatment of animals injured by firearm to the spinal cord in hot and humid environment .
