摘 要:目的探讨三种方法对TORCH-IgM、IgG抗体检测结果的相关性,评价免疫印迹法在临床上检测TORCH-IgM、IgG抗体的应用价值。方法应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)、微粒子酶免疫法(MEIA)和免疫印迹法(WB)对196份临床孕妇筛查样本进行TORCH-IgM、IgG抗体检测,分析各种方法的抗体检出率和总符合率。结果 ELISA、MEIA和WB检测TORCH-IgG抗体符合率分别为抗HSV1/2 IgG为90%,抗CMVIgG为91%,抗RvIgG为84%,抗ToxIgG为98%。检测TORCH-IgM抗体符合率分别为抗HSV1/2 IgM为87%,抗CMVIgM为89%,抗RvIgM为85%,抗ToxIgM为94%。结论 WB检测临床标本TORCH-IgM、IgG抗体结果与ELISA、MEIA法所获得的结果具有较高的符合率,其灵敏度高、特异强为临床检测TORCH-IgM、IgG抗体提供了新的检测手段。Aim To investigate the resutls of enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA), microparticle enzyme immunoassay MEIA) and Western blot (WB) in detection of TORCH-IgM and IgG antibodies. Methods There 196 screening samples from pregnant women were detected for both TORCH-IgM and IgG antibodies by ELISA, MEIA and WB blot,the sensitivity, specificity and total coincidence rate were analyzed. Results The coincidence rates of ELISA, MEIA AND WB in detection of clinical TORCH- I8G antibody were 90%,in detection of anti-HSV1 / 2 Antibody,91% anti-CMV, 84% in detection of anti-Rv antibody and 98% anti-Tox antibody. The coincidence rates in detection of TORCH-IgM were 87% in detection of anti-HSVl / 2 Antibody,89% in detection of anti-CMV,85% in detection of anti-Rv antibody and 94% in detection of anti-Tox antibody. Conclusion The Western blot method in detection of TORCH-IgM and IgG antibody is simple, sensitive and specific, and suitable for detection of TORCH infection as a new means.
