摘　　要：肺血栓栓塞症是一种病死率较高的心肺血管疾病,及时给予溶栓治疗非常重要,正确掌握溶栓治疗时间窗又成为治疗成败的关键.Pulmonary thromboembolism is a cardiovascular disease with higher mortality. The timely thrombolytic therapy is very important. Grasping time window of thrombolytic therapy is the key to the success of treatment.
