南通建筑业科技创新的必要性及政策

摘　　要：南通是全国著名的"建筑之乡",为了持续保持其建筑业健康发展,阐述了当前南通建筑业实施科技创新的必要性和迫切性。分析了建筑业科技创新在创新主体、创新界面、创新政策这三个层面上存在的障碍因素。针对这些障碍因素,给当地政府提出一些提升南通建筑业科技创新能力的政策建议。Nantong is famous for construction industry in China.In order to develop Nantong construction industry healthily and continuously,it is necessary and urgent to carry out scientific and technical innovation currently.The paper analyzes the barriers of scientific and technical innovation for construction industry which lie in innovation or-ganization,innovation interface and innovation policy.According to these barriers,it puts forward some policy sug-gestions on how to improve the scientific and technical innovation ability of Nantong construction industry for local government.
