摘　　要：农村基础设施是向农村生产生活提供公共产品,本文通过实证调研、数据分析和比较分析,明确河北农村基础设施的现状,运用公共管理和经济学相关理论,提出了从体制机制、资金保障、市场导向和城镇化战略来解决河北省农村基础设施建设的政策建议。Rural infrastructure is public goods provided for rural producing and living.This article clears the status of rural infrastructure of Hebei province through empirical research,data analysis and comparative analysis,and applies the theory of public administration and economics;Finally make policy recommendations to solve the problem of rural infrastructure in Hebei Province from the institutional mechanisms,financial security,market orientation and urbanization strategy.
