摘 要:目的探讨64排螺旋CTA在肾动脉性高血压病中的临床应用。方法对42例螺旋CT肾动脉成像和DSA肾动脉造影资料进行对比分析血管的解剖变异、有无狭窄及其程度。评价血管狭窄程度<50%为阴性,≥50%为阳性。结果 42例患者均获得了满意的肾动脉CTA图像,CTA与DSA诊断完全一致者82支血管,在狭窄程度上,有13支动脉评价过度。以DSA结果为标准,CTA的敏感性、特异性及准确率分别为95.1%、86.0%和90.1%。结论 MSCT肾动脉CTA作为一种安全、无创、经济的新检查方法,对于肾动脉狭窄的诊断具有独特的优越性,可作为临床首选的检查方法。Objective To study application of CT angiography (CTA) by using 64 Multi - slice CT(MSCT) in the hypertension of renal artery stenosis. Methods Totally 42 patients' data of CTA and digital subtraction angiography(DSA) were analyzed retrospectively ,for the number of accessory renal arteries and the location and severity of renal artery stenosis. The artery stenosis 〈 50% were diagnosed as negative and ≥50% as positive. Results Satisfying CTA images of renal artery were obetained in all cases. The diagnosis of 82 renal arterial CTA were consistent with DSA. Compared with DSA, CTA overestimated in 13 renal arteries. CTA had 95. 1% sensitivity, 86. 0% specificity, and 90. 1% accuracy in the detection of stenosis. Conclusion As a safe , woundless and economic new method ,64 Multi - slice CTA examination has a unique advantage in the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis and will be used as the preferred clinical examination.
