摘 要:制备一系列有机稀土络合物并对纳米二氧化硅进行表面包覆改性,用红外光谱和透射电镜进行表征。然后用以填充PP,并用毛细管流变仪研究其流变性能。研究表明:有机稀土络合物均匀包覆在二氧化硅颗粒表面,其包覆层均匀致密,界面清晰。PP的黏度随SiO2@Ln-complex的添加量先降后升。La、Nd、Eu对PP的黏度的影响比Tb对PP黏度的影响大。复合PP熔体的流动性随温度的升高而增强,但温度高到195℃后,熔体的流动性变化不大。Sevaral kinds of organic lanthanide complexes were prepared and then coated to nano-SiO2. Infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy lanthanide (TEM) were used to observe the state of the nano particles. The rare earth organic complexes were continuously coated on the nano-SiO2 and the theological behavior of PP was studied. The results showed that SiO2 was coated uniformly by organic lanthanide complex. The apparent viscosity of PP was first decreased and then increased while increasing the content of SiO2 @ Ln-complex. The effect of rare earth element La, Nd, Eu on the apparent viscosity of PP blend was more than that of Tb. The meh flowability of PP blend increased with the increasing of temperature,which changed little when the temperature was higher than 195℃.
