摘 要:开发了一种复合型相容剂及其配套增容技术,可提高苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈(ABS)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的相容性。SEM及力学性能测试表明:复合相容剂使PET相分布均匀,相区尺寸小,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度分别提高了10.8%、13.3%和106.5%。研究发现ABS/PET相容性与ABS的组分比、SAN的接枝率及加工工艺有很大关系。较强的螺杆剪切和低聚丁二烯含量有利于提高相容性。A multiple compatilizer and compatibility technology which could improve the compatibility of ABS and PET effectively was developed. The SEM and mechanical property measurements showed that PET phase had well-distribution and small dimension, and what was more,the composites' tensile strength,flexural strength and notched impact strength increase by 10.8 % , 13.3 % and 106.5 % respectively,with the presence of multiple compatilizer, The compatibility of ABS and PET had a great deal to do with the proportion of component,graft ratio of SAN and technics. Furthermore,the strong screw shearing and low content of poly(butadiene) were good for compatibility between ABS and PET.
