摘　　要：采用正交方法就塑化工艺参数和螺杆类型对精密注塑过程的影响进行实验研究和数据分析。分析表明:采用通用型或渐变型螺杆的实验效果较好;螺杆类型和塑化长度的变化对所选实验指标的影响较大。The effects of plasticizing condition and screw type on precision injection were studied with orthographic experiment method. The experimental data were analyzed and the results showed that screw type and plasticizing length had more evident influences. Better result profiles had relevance to the general and progressive type screws.
