摘  要:使用超临界二氧化碳和乙醇作为混合发泡剂,研究聚苯乙烯间歇发泡材料制备过程,并用扫描电镜观察发泡后样品的泡孔结构。通过比较吸附量、泡孔直径、泡孔密度等方面,分析加入乙醇后对发泡剂在聚合物中的溶解度的影响和对发泡样品泡孔结构的影响。结果显示:加入乙醇后,发泡剂在聚合物中的溶解度显著增加,发泡样品表观密度减小,泡孔直径增大,泡孔密度减小。The supercritical carbon dioxide and ethanol were used as a mixed blowing agent,the polystyrene batch foaming process was researched, and the samples bubble structure was observed by scanning electron microscope. By comparing the adsorption capacity, cell diameter and cell density, the influence to foaming agent in polymer solubility influence and to foaming sample cell structure were analysed after joining the ethanol. The results showed that by adding ethanol, the foaming agent obviously increased in polymer solubility, the apparent density of foaming sample reduced, the cell diameter became larger, and the cell density became smaller.
