摘 要:通过自行设计加工的模具研究不同释压量下微发泡试样的发泡行为。首次揭示泡孔平均直径随释压量的变化规律。结果显示:泡孔平均直径并不是随着释压量的减小而减小,而是随着释压量的减小先减小后增大。通过补充添加了蒙脱土成核剂的实验,证实泡孔平均直径在小释压量时反而增大的真正原因是高熔体能量造成临界成核半径增加。因此,只有适当的控制释压量才可以得到尺寸较好的微孔结构。Different of pressure-release volume foaming behavior of micro-foam samples by designed mold were studied. It was the first time founded that an average diameter of the cell changing with volume of pressure release. The results showed that the average diameter of the cell didn' t reduce with the decreasing of pressure release,but firstly decreased then increased. By the experiments of adding organic montmorillonite nucleating agent,it was confirmed that average diameter increased in small pressure-release volume. The real reason was the high melt energy caused by increasing of the critical nucleation radius. Therefore, controlling the appropriate amount of the pressure-release could be a better foaming behavior.
