摘 要:轨道交通作为主要的交通运输形式,始终是国民经济的发展重点,铁路5次大提速及各大城市轨道交通的崛起,标志着我国发展轨道交通的决心。提速所造成轮轨作用力明显增大,轨枕和道床震动加速,不仅对轨枕结构强度和稳定性提出更高的要求,产生的震动噪声也不能忽视。因而在保证高速、安全、舒适的前提下,降低轮轨动力效应、减低噪声就成了轨道交通方面研究的重要课题,微孔发泡成型铁路垫板便应运而生,作为塑料加工的一个重要成型技术,其产品已经广泛应用于航空航天、汽车、交通、机械、电子电气及民用生活的各个领域。简要叙述了弹性体材料各种发泡的技术特点,特别是膨胀法发泡成型技术及其产品的应用,以飨读者。Rail transit as a major form of transport had always been the focus of the national economy. The fifth speed- raising in railway traffic and the booming of rail transit in metropolis showed China' s determination in the development of rail transit. However, the speed-raising caused remarkable pressure as well as intense vibration in both the rail and the sleeper. This change not only challenged the structural strength and stability of the sleeper but also caused significant vibration noise. Thus reducing the wheel-rail impact as well as the noise became a crucial study subject of rail transit under the premise of ensuring high-speed, safety and comfortableness of such transit. Sleeper made from porous foam consequently emerged. As an important molding technology in plastic processing, its products had been widely used in aerospace, automotive, transportation, machinery, electrics and electronics and all other areas of civilian life. A variety of foaming methods and respective technical characteristics of elastomer materials, especially expansion method and its product applications were briefly described.
