摘　　要：新时期医院思想政治工作要在继承传统的基础上,紧密结合时代特征和医院实际,认真做好与院务管理和业务建设的有机结合,积极探索和实现内容创新、形式创新、机制创新、载体创新、效果创新,进而不断赋予医院思想政治工作新的内涵和动力,有效保证和促进各项工作的全面、协调和可持续发展。The ideological and political work in hospitals should closely combine the characteristics of the times and hospital realities on the basis of inheriting the tradition.In a conscientious attempt,good combination of the hospital management and the business development should be made,and the innovation of contents,forms,mechanisms,carriers and effects should be explored actively and achieved.Consequently,new connotation and power are added constantly into ideological and political work in hospitals.Meanwhile,each work will be guaranteed effectively and prompted to develop comprehensively,harmoniously and sustainably.
