摘 要:目的了解目前临床实习环境中结构性授权及本科护生临床实习满意度的状况,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用临床实习环境问卷、本科护生临床实习满意度问卷对在7所三级甲等教学医院实习的176名本科护生进行调查。结果本科护生临床实习环境问卷总分11.59±2.40。4个因子得分由高到低依次为支持权力2.89±0.70、资源权力2.89±0.65、信息权力2.89±0.68、机会权力2.83±0.68。临床实习满意度总分为49.47±8.95,得分率54.97%。临床实习环境中的结构性授权与本科护生临床实习满意度呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论临床实习环境中的结构性授权水平较低,且本科护生对临床实习的满意度较低。应充分重视护理实习环境中的结构性授权,提高授权水平以提高本科护生临床实习满意度,稳定护生的专业思想,促进护理事业的发展。Objective To investigate structural empowerment in nursing clinical learning environment and clinical learning satisfaction of baccalaureate nursing students,and to analyze the relationship between them.Methods Clinical Learning Environment Questionnaire and Clinical Learning Satisfaction Questionnaire were used to investigate 176 baccalaureate nursing students practicing in seven teaching hospitals.Results The total score of structural empowerment in nursing clinical learning environment was 11.59±2.40.The score of the four subscales in descending order were support power (2.89±0.70),resource power (2.89±0.65),information power (2.89±0.68) and opportunity power (2.83±0.68).The total score of clinical learning satisfaction was 49.47±8.95,accounting for 54.96% of satisfaction total score.There was positive correlation between structural empowerment and clinical learning satisfaction of baccalaureate nursing students (P0.01 for all).Conclusion Structural empowerment in nursing clinical learning environment is less satisfactory,and baccalaureate nursing students are not very satisfied with clinical practice.To improve the level of clinical learning satisfaction of baccalaureate nursing students,structural empowerment should be focused,because it is important for baccalaureate nursing students to keep professional stability and to promote nursing profession in China.
