摘  要:叙述了新日铁钢铁生产流程的具体节能和减排措施,分析了新日铁的废气、余热余能减排技术措施和社会废弃物再利用技术,主要包括:干熄焦余热回收发电、高炉炉顶煤气余压回收透平发电、焦炉和高炉烟气循环利用发电、转底炉回收含锌粉尘、焦炉煤气提氢技术、建设新一代超级焦炉、废塑料回收为炼焦原料、废轮胎用作转炉炼钢原料、垃圾直接熔融处理与资源化系统等。指出中国钢铁企业应该借鉴新日铁的经验,为节能、减排做出应有的贡献。The particular measures on saving energy and emission reduction in the iron and steel production process are described in Nippon steel, analyzing that the specific energy-saving measures on waste gas, residual heat and residual energy and society waste reusing technique in Nippon steel. These technologies mainly include electricity generation by waste heat recovered through CDQ technique, BF top pressure recovery turbine, generating electricity by BFG and COG, rotary hearth furnace recovering dust containing zinc, coke oven gas hydrogen extraction, the construction of new generation super cove coke, waste plastic recovery for coke-making material, waste tire recovery for raw material in converter steelmaking, waste direct melting treatment and resonrced system and so on. The paper points out that iron and steel enterprises in China should borrow ideas from Nippon steel, s experience and make contributions to China saving energy and emission reduction.
