摘　　要：为了提高钢水温度合格率和铸坯质量,稳定生产组织,对异型坯连铸机钢水浇注温度波动变化规律进行了研究。分析了影响钢水温度波动的主要因素,针对各种影响因素,制定并实施了相应的控制措施,取得了良好的效果。In order to improve the qualification rate of molten steel temperature and the quality of cast product, and to make the production organization steady, the evolution of temperature fluctuation about molten steel casting in shaped blank caster was researched. The main factors influencing temperature fluctuation of molten steel were analyzed. Meanwhile, control measures aiming at these factors were also devised and put into effect, and good results were achieved.
