摘 要:以静电纺丝法制备电解电容用PVDF多孔纤维隔膜。讨论了纺丝液浓度、混和溶剂组成、电压、接收距离等主要工艺条件对纺丝液的电导率、黏度、隔膜单纤维直径、形态(SEM)及其孔隙率的影响。以MAH为单体,用低温等离子体聚合技术对隔膜表面进行亲水改性。用DSC表征纤维隔膜材料的结晶度。结果表明:PVDF浓度15%,DMF/丙酮质量比8∶2,电压11kV,接收距离15cm时,PVDF单纤维均匀性好,隔膜孔隙率高。亲水改性后隔膜的吸酸率和保酸率分别是未亲水改性的3.6倍和7.4倍。隔膜材料的结晶度略有下降,约12%。PVDF porous fiber membrane was prepared by electrostatic spinning.The influence of main technical conditions(the concentration of spinning fluid,the composition of mixed solvents,voltage,deposition distance and so on) on conductivity of spinning fluid,viscosity,single fiber diameter,morphology(by SEM) and porosity of membrane was discussed.On this basis,PVDF membrane was surface hydrophilic modified by low temperature plasma polymerization with maleic anhydride as the monomer.The crystallinity of fiber membrane was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that the optimum process of preparing PVDF porous fiber membrane by electrostatic spinning was PVDF 15%,mass ratio of DMF/ acetone 8∶2,voltage 11kV,deposition distance 15cm.The uniformity of PVDF single fiber obtained under the above condition is good and the porosity of membrane was high.Meanwhile,after the surface hydrophilic modification,the acid-adsorption rate and the acid-retention rate of the membranes were 3.6 times and 7.4 times that of the unmodified ones,respectively.The crystallinity of membrane decreased slightly by 12% after electrostatic spinning.
