摘 要:目的 探索有效预防儿童意外伤害的干预措施.方法 采用现场问卷调查和自身前、后对照研究的方法,调查儿童医院门急诊就诊儿童的家长136人,其中意外伤害儿童的家长66人,非意外伤害儿童的家长70人.并进行以<安全应急知识教育读本>为主的健康教育干预.结果 本科及以上文化程度的母亲对儿童安全知识得分高于文化程度在初中及以下水平的母亲家长,其差异有统计学意义(F=3.089,P=0.029).干预后家长对自然灾害,意外伤害,社会安全以及公共卫生4个方面的知识得分均有所提高(P<0.01).结论 以<安全应急知识教育读本>为主的健康教育可提高儿童家长对伤害知识的掌握程度.Objective To explore intervention measures of effectively preventing unintentional injury of children. Methods On-site surveys and the pre-and post-control study were used. And from Jul 2009 to Oct 2009, there were 136 cases of outpatients or emergency were surveyed at Hunan Children' s Hospital. Among these 136 children, 66 suffered with various accidental injures, and 70 without any accidental injuries. The 1-month health education interventions were issued to all the children' s parents. Interventions included handing out Read of Security and Emergency Education on accidental injury prevention every weekend in hospital.Results Parents who had received undergraduate course or higher education had got the high scores ( F =3. 089, P = 0. 029 ). After education intervention, more parents were familiar with accidental injury-related knowledge including natural disaster, accidental wound, society security, as well as public health. And as a result, these associated knowledge familiar rate had increased (P < 0. 01 ). Conclusions Health education intervention, based on the Read of Security and Emergency Education, can significantly increase the parents' knowledge of the injury.
