摘　　要：目的分析经外周置入中心静脉导管（PICC）在临床使用中发生导管外露部分破损情况，探讨导管破损的处理及预防措施。方法从穿刺部位的选择、维护方法、PICC体外留置长度及注射方式等几个方面对破损原因进行分析，并提出相应的预防措施。结果26例导管经修复处理后能正常使用，不影响导管留置时间。结论建立健全PICC相关培训及操作准入制度、规范操作及维护流程、重视对患者的健康教育是预防导管破损和避免严重并发症发生的关键。Objective To discuss the treatment and prevention on the breakage of PICC （Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter） exposed part through the situation in clinical use. Methods To analyze the causes of the breakage of PICC exposed part from the choice of puncture site, protection methods, indwelling length of PICC in vitro, and injection manner ect, and to propose the corresponding prevention. Results 26 eases could be utilized normally after repaired and the indwelling time of PICC was not influenced. Conclusions To establish the access system of the training and operation of PICC, operation standards and maintenance procedure. Emphasizing the health education of patients was the crux of preventing breakage of PICC and avoiding serious complications.
