摘　　要：论文以沈阳市人造板制作工业中具有代表性的胶合板、刨花板、纤维板、细木工板、浸渍纸层压木地板生产企业为调研对象,对生产工序中排放的废气污染物进行监测,确定使用脲醛树脂胶人造板工业产、排污特点,分析行业的特征废气污染因子;对板材单位产品产生的废气污染物定量进行研究,得出各类板材生产过程中甲醛、氨气、木粉尘排放强度,同时,以沈阳市作为一个区域性的人造板制作工业排污受纳体。估算由于人造板工业产生的排污负荷。针对沈阳市人造板企业生产及污染物排放实际情况,提出污染控制方法。research on the representative plywood, particleboard, fiberboard, block board, Laminate flooring manufacturer in Shenyang .Monitor the emissions of pollutants from Production processes,to determine .the emission characteristics of using urea formaldehyde resin plastic wood-based panel industry production, analysis the characteristics of air pollution issued from the industry factor;, on sheet pollutant emissions per unit of product produced by quantitative research, draw all kinds of sheet formaldehyde, ammonia, wood dust emission intensity. Meanwhile, Shenyang city as a regional production of industrial sewage receiving plywood body, estimated the sewage load by woed-based panel industry. Against the actual condition of production and pollutant discharge of wood-based panels in Shenyang ,put forward the pollution control methods.
