柴达木黄牛血钾浓度常值的测定

摘　　要：采用火焰光度法测定了德令哈地区柴达木黄牛９５份血样的血钾浓度常值，它们的平均全血钾浓度为８．４３±１．５１ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ；红细胞钾浓度为１３．１±３．１３ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ；血清钾浓度为５．１９±０．６７ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ。The constant of blood Potassium(K) Concentration of 95 blood samples of chaidamu yellow cattle in Delingha area was measured by the method of flame spectromenter.The means of Whole blood,red blood cell and serum K concentration were 8.43 ±11.51,13.1±3.13,5.19±0.67m mol/L,respectively.
