摘　　要：比较了欧盟和我国在贝类养殖海区划型、养殖过程监测、贝类卫生要求、贝类流通途径、要求及贝类溯源等方面的差异,旨在为完善我国贝类安全生产法规及管理体系、改善贝类安全现状、突破欧盟出口禁令提供借鉴。In order to improve the regulation and supervision of bivalve shellfish in China, ensure shellfish safety and provide a reference to break the EU prohibition for shellfish import, the difference between EU and China in classification of bivalve shellfish harvesting area, breeding monitoring, shellfish sanitary requirement, shellfish distribution requirement, shellfish traceability was compared in this paper.
