摘　　要：用光镜和电子显微镜对中国对虾淋巴器官的显微结构和超微结构研究表明，淋巴器官位于虾体胃两侧，呈管状。光学显微镜下，淋巴器官由许多封闭的盲管构成，盲管腔主要是内皮细胞和基质细胞，胞间隙充满大量血细胞；电子显微镜下，内皮细胞非核部分有伸向盲腔的突起，基质细胞中的高尔基体和内质网数量多、结构简单，血细胞大多为颗粒细胞。The lymphoid organ of Penaeus chinensis,which is made up of many anastomosing tubules comprising endothelial cells and stroma-cells,consists of 2 lobes with each one locating at each ventro-lateral junction of the anterior and posterior stomach chambers.The interstitial space is filled with hemoblasts.Under the microscop,the endothelial cells,at their non-nucleus sections,have processes extending to caecums.The stroma-cells have large numbers of dictyosomes and endoplasmic reticulums with simple structure,and most of the hemoblasts are granulate.
