摘 要:讨论了大规模高压交直流混联电网安全问题的特性、电网安全三道防线的功能和相互关系以及电网的安全控制策略。根据对电网大停电事故过程的调研以及对电网故障的仿真计算结果,讨论了电网现有安全防御系统存在的问题以及大规模高压交直流混联电网对新一代电网安全防御系统的需求。在上述工作的基础上,提出了构建大规模高压交直流混联电网安全监控系统的新方案。该方案的功能涵盖了电网常态调控以及紧急状态安全控制2个方面,是一个智能化的综合性电网安全控制系统方案。Several characteristics of a large-scale HVAC/HVDC hybrid power grid security issues are discussed, including the functions and correlations of the three lines of defense for security as well as the security control strategies for the power grid. By means of investigations on the process of some large-area blackouts and the simulation of the failures of the large-scale UHVAC/UHVDC hybrid power grid, the problems in the existing security defense system and the demands of large-scale UHVAC/UHVDC hybrid power grid for the new generation of the power grid security defense system are dealt with. Based on the above studies, a new scheme of supervisory control system for UHVAC/UHVDC hybrid power grid security is presented, which is a comprehensive smart security control system whose functions include normal state regulation and emergency control of the power grid.
