摘  要:针对特高压输电线路三相对称故障发展的特点,在详细分析三相对称故障选相要求的基础上,提出了自适应三相对称故障选相元件。该选相元件利用三相电流突变量,根据零序分量的有无自适应选择定值,判断三相突变量是否存在、是否相等。该选相原理考虑了特高压输电线路暂态分量的影响,能实现快速准确选相,且不受过渡电阻影响。所提出的选相元件在三相对称故障的选择上优于传统相电流差突变量选相元件。理论分析和仿真实验验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。Based on the characteristics of three-phase symmetrical fault development of UHV transmission lines and detailed analysis of three-phase symmetrical fault phase selection requirements, an adaptive three-phase symmetrical fault selecting element was proposed in this paper. By using three-phase current variation, according to zero sequence components, the settings can be adaptively selected to determine whether there exist three-phase current variations, and if so, whether they are equal. The impact from transient component can be reduced to achieve fast and accurate fault phase selection, The fault phase selection principle is not affected by transition resistance. It has been proven by analysis that the phase selecting element proposed is better in three-phase symmetrical fault selection than conventional method using phase current differential variation. Theoretical analysis and simulation test of the protection shows the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
