摘 要:大型风电场的风电设备与监控系统将由多个厂商提供,相互兼容困难,难以对风电场进行统一的维护和管理。国际电工委员会(IEC)针对上述即将出现的问题起草制定了面向风电场监控系统通信的IEC61400-25标准。在市场竞争和风电场扩容要求下,IEC61400-25标准势必成为风电监控系统通信的一个趋势。针对目前普遍采用的基于过程控制对象链接与嵌入技术(OPC)的风电监控系统现状,文中对IEC61400-25到OPC可扩展置标语言—数据访问(OPCXML-DA)的映射进行了深入分析,提出了具体的实现方案,构建了基于OPCXML-DA的风电场监控系统体系结构,设计了OPCXML-DA服务端软件模块架构,解决了目前常见的基于OPC的风电场监控系统与IEC61400-25标准的相容问题。The equipments in the wind farm and monitoring system provided by multiple vendors may not be compatible with each other and make it difficult to do unified maintenance and management. To solve the problem, International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) has drafted IEC 61400-25 series standard which deals with the communication for the monitoring and control system of wind power plant. In view of the demand of market competition and expansion of wind farm, IEC 61400-25 will finally become a trend in the monitoring and control system of communication. Aimed at popular communication for the monitoring and control system of wind power plant based on object linking and embedding for process control (OPC), the mapping between IEC 61400-25 and OPC XML-DA is analyzed. A concrete solution for engineering implementation is proposed, and the system structure of communication for monitoring and control system is constructed. The software module structure of OPC service of wind power is designed and the compatibility problem between the communication for monitoring and control system based on OPC and IEC 61400-25 standard is solved.
