摘 要:鼓山大桥为主跨235 m的独塔空间索自锚式悬索桥,加劲梁为钢-混凝土混合梁。综述该桥先梁后缆施工顺序、吊索张拉与体系转换步骤的监控。该桥钢箱梁采用顶推法施工,主缆架设调股顺序为先主跨后边跨再锚跨,普通股采用相对垂度法调股。给出详细的吊索张拉与体系转换步骤,即主跨与边跨吊索交替张拉,主跨吊索由桥塔向锚跨依次张拉,最后7对吊索先部分张拉,等桥面铺装之后再安装到位,边跨19~8号吊索由桥塔向锚跨依次张拉,1~7号吊索由锚跨向桥塔依次张拉。施工的最后阶段实现了多工序同步作业。施工监控保证了该桥建成后的内力与线形均满足设计要求。The Gushan Bridge in Fuzhou is a spatial cable single tower self-anchored suspension bridge with a main span 235 m and the stiffening girder of the bridge is the steel and concrete hybrid girder.The authors herewith present a summarized account of the construction monitoring and control of the construction sequences of erecting the girder first and installing the main cable system late,the suspender tensioning and system transformation.The steel box girder was erected by the incremental launching construction.The order of adjusting the strands of the main cables was that the strands over the main span were adujsted first,those over the side span late and the anchor spans last.The common strands were adjusted by the relative perpendicularity method.The detailed procedures for the suspender tensioning and system transformation were formulated,namely the suspenders at the main and side spans were alternatively tensioned,the suspenders at the main span were tensioned successively from the tower to the anchor spans.The last seven pairs of the suspenders were firstly partially tensioned and then installed in place after the deck surfacing was completed.The suspenders No.19~8 at the side span were tensioned from the tower to the anchor spans while the suspenders No.1~7 were tensioned from the anchor spans to the tower.At the final stage of the construction,the synchronous operation of multiple working procedures was realized.The internal force and geometric shape of the completed bridge were ensured to meet the design requirements through the construction monitoring and control.
