摘 要:泉州晋江大桥主桥为(200+165)m独塔双索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥,主梁横断面为双波浪形箱梁。该桥主梁采用普通挂篮对称悬臂施工,挂篮底平台刚度大,外模采用整体钢模,内模采用拆装式模板;0号节段采用水中支架分段施工,并设置后浇段;梁上张拉斜拉索。为加快施工进度,增加了主跨支架现浇长度,使主跨与边跨同步对称合龙。同时,在桥塔中横梁施工完后,设置安全隔离装置,实现塔、梁交叉施工。在悬臂施工过程中,主梁横梁底部施加临时体外预应力,2号节段施工时设置临时反拉梁。主梁合龙时,在合龙口每个箱内设置三榀体外桁架式劲性骨架,并加强合龙口处的支架以抵抗合龙后主梁的反力。The main bridge of Quanzhou Jinjiang River Bridge is a prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with a single pylon and double cable planes and with span arrangement(200+165) m.The cross section of the main girder of the Bridge is designed as a dual-wave shape box girder and the girder is constructed by the common form traveler by the balanced cantilever method.The rigidity of the bottom platform of the traveler is great,the external formwork thereof is the integral steel one while the internal formwork is the detachable one.The segment No.0 is cast in sections on scaffolding standing in water and the successive segments to be cast are prepared.The stay cables are tensioned at the girder.To speed up the construction,the length of cast-in-situ on scaffolding for the main span is increased in order to ensure that the main span and side span can be closed in same step and in a symmetric way.Moreover,after the construction of the middle cross beam of the pylon is completed,the safety isolating devices are installed and thus the parallel construction of the pylon and girder can be realized.In the process of the cantilever construction,the temporary external prestressing is applied to the bottom of the cross beams of the main girder and at the time the segment No.2 is constructed,the temporary counter pull beams are arranged.Before the main girder is closed,three external stiffening skeletons of truss type are set in each box at the closure gap and the scaffolding at the closure gap is reinforced to resist the reaction force from the closed girder.
