摘 要:以乙二醇作为螯合剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法,在酸性条件下控制二氧化钛前驱体钛酸正丁酯的水解和缩合反应速度,制备了粒径可控的纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)粒子.通过调节催化剂的种类及前驱体浓度,可以得到粒径52~942 nm的二氧化钛纳米粒子.将二氧化钛在350°C或800°C下煅烧后可以分别转化为锐钛矿或金红石相.对二氧化钛粒子的形态和结构进行了研究,并且对酸作为催化剂在溶胶-凝胶反应中的影响进行了讨论.Size-controllable TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by the controlled hydrolysis and condensation of titanium glycolated precursor with EG as chelating reagent and acids as catalysts in acetone medium.Particles with the diameter ranged from 942nm to 52nm could be prepared by changing the types of acids and the concentration of titanium butoxide.The as-synthesized amorphous particles were converted to anatase and then to rutile after thermal treatment at 350 °C and 800 °C,respectively.The morphology and the structure of the particles were studied.Also the effects of different acids as catalysts were investigated.
