摘　　要：针对铝壳电机容易产生噪声的结构特点,通过偏心度控制、加均压线、三相电阻平衡等生产工艺的调整和改进,对铝壳电机的噪声进行治理,经生产实践证明有效降低了噪声,提高了铝壳电机的制造质量。Facing the fact that noise was easily occurred among the aluminum housing electromotor, noise treatment was conducted by means of the improvement of workmanship such as partiality control, adding the equality voltage wire and 3-phase resistance balance control. The productive practice proved that the noise was reduced effectively by these means and quality of the aluminum housing electromotor was increased a lot.
