火电厂建设项目实施过程后评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：论述了过程后评价是根据项目的结果和作用从项目的实施过程中分析产生相应后果的原因和影响因素,对项目的管理决策、设计和开工准备、实施过程控制情况、竣工验收和生产准备等环节的总结评价。同时利用物元可拓模型对保定热电厂八期的扩建项目进行过程后评价,作为指标体系度量标准的考核。Based on the results and roles of the project,the method of post-evaluation is to analyses the causes and influential factors of the consequences occurring during the implementation process,and evaluates the project management decision,the design and start preparation,the control of implementation process,the final acceptance and the operation preparation.This method was applied to the eighth expansion project in the Thermal Power Plant of Baoding,using matter-element and extension model,as standards of appraisal target system.
