摘 要:介绍了目前我国火电厂节水措施、河西电厂的节水改造的水源变化以及节水设施和工艺的变化,通过几个量化的节水指标描述了火电厂节水改造后达到的实际效果,通过节水效益、环保效益和经济效益三方面建立了节水改造的指标评价体系。利用AHP以及序关系确定组合权重,结合节水改造后的统计数据分析和主观评价,利用模糊综合评价方法,河西电厂的节水改造工程整体上取得了好的效果。The domestic measures of water-saving,the change of reclaimed water sources and the change of water-saving facilities and technologies in Hexi Power Plant were presented in this paper.The actual result was showed by several quantified indicators of water saving.The evaluation system was established by considering three aspects i.e.,water-saving benefits,environmental benefits and economic benefits.The results obtained using the method of AHP and ordering relation to identify the combined weights,the statistical data analysis and subjective evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method showed that the Hexi Thermal Power Plant's water-saving reconstruction project was successful as a whole.
