摘  要:针对平圩第二发电有限责任公司两台600MW超临界机组存在旋流燃烧器二次风喷口严重变形、制粉系统出力不足、锅炉排烟温度高、磨煤机石子煤量大等问题,通过对锅炉运行分析、冷态试验、燃烧调整试验和基准试验等措施,提出了锅炉燃烧优化调整方法,解决了所有相关问题。在此基础上,进一步对控制参数进行优化,改善了机组的运行性能,提高了机组的整体经济性。To tackle with the problems such as severe deformation of the secondary air swirl burner nozzle,insufficient output of the milling system,high temperature of the boiler exhaust smoke,large amount of pebble coal in the mill and some other issues of two 600MW supercritical units in Pingwei Second Power Co.,Ltd.,the boiler combustion optimization adjustment method was proposed based on the boiler operation analysis,cold state test,combustion adjustment test and benchmark tests,which solved all the related problems.On this basis,the operating performance and the whole economy of the units were improved through the further optimization of the control parameters.
