摘　　要：根据我院建设企业管理与决策支持技术重点实验室的管理目标和现状,着重研讨重点实验室管理结构特征、管理目标、管理方法,以及完善重点实验室管理所取得的成效,最后,简明扼要陈述实施管理实践的感性认识。The School of Business Administration of Hunan University is to establish a key laboratory which aims to research on the enterprise management and decision-supporting technology.According to the present situation and the above goals,this thesis chiefly studies the management structural features,objectives and methods of the key lab,as well as the effects achieved by perfecting its management.In the end,the author states the perceptual knowledge of management practice briefly.
