摘　　要：绩效评价的实施是工程中心发展的重要推动力。教育部工程研究中心在近十年的运行中不仅培养了众多的相关学科高水平的工程技术人才,形成了丰硕的科研成果,而且也具有科技成果向工业生产转化的工程化研究验证环境和能力,保证科研成果向规模生产顺利延伸。但不可否认的是仍然存在很多问题。论文将结合教育部工程研究中心的特点构建其绩效评价体系。The implementation of performance evaluation is an important impetus for the development of Engineering Center.In nearly a decade of operation,the Engineering Research Center of Ministry of Education has not only trained a large number of engineering and technical personnel in a high level of related disciplines and obtained great scientific achievements,but also developed the capacity of tranforming scientific and technological achievements to industrial production with the engineering study of verification environment.This ensures the smooth extension of scientific research to large-scale production.But it is undeniable that these organizations still have many problems.In this paper,we will research on Photovoltaic Systems according to the characteristics of ERC.
