摘　　要：产业转移在促进不同区域协调发展的同时,也给产业承接地带来诸多经济风险。采用完全信息动态博弈模型,分析并指出在谈判之初产业承接地的高经济风险地位就已形成。在此基础上提出相关政策建议来规避承接地经济风险。In promoting the coordinated development of different regions,industry transferring also brings the industry-acceptance regions a number of economic risks.On the basis of a complete-information dynamic game model,this article points out that the economic high-risk status of the industry undertaker has formed at the beginning of the industry-transferring negotiations,and makes relevant policy recommendations to avoid the economic risks of the industry undertaker.
