摘　　要：环境政策是生态文明建设的制度保障。文章在回顾自新中国建国以来环境政策发展、演进的基础上,指出了我国环境政策在经济、环境安全和法制等方面的"不足"。为此,需要努力促进经济增长方式转变,大力发展科技,进一步加强国际环境合作以及深化环境法律体系改革,从而加快生态文明建设的步伐。Environmental protection policy is a system to protect the ecological civilization construction.This paper reviewed since the founding of our country since the development of environmental policy,on the basis of evolution,pointing out that China＇s environmental policy in the economic,environmental security and the rule of law and other gaps.To this end,efforts to promote change in the pattern of economic growth,vigorously develop science and technology,further strengthening of international environmental cooperation and deepen the reform of environmental laws,thus speeding up the pace of ecological civilization construction.
