摘　　要：基于大量工艺实验,从激光再制造技术众多工艺参数中提取六个对保障激光熔覆效果和熔覆层质量起关键作用的工艺参数,分别进行了理论和试验研究,给出了每个工艺参数的选取原则,为激光再制造技术的推广应用提供了理论和实验依据。Based on a large number of technology experiments,six parameters which play key roles in protecting the quality and effects of cladding layers were extracted from a large number of laser re-manufacturing processing parameters.Each processing parameter was researched through theoretical analysis and experimental verification respectively.Selection principles for laser re-manufacturing were recommended and all above works provided the theoretical and experimental bases for the application of manufacturing technology.
