摘 要:研究了软锰矿悬浮还原焙烧工艺。经过堆积态还原焙烧,在温度为800~950℃的温度范围内,氧化锰转化率(二氧化锰转化为一氧化锰)大于90%,原矿还原焙烧-弱磁选除铁率达到30%,而Mn、MnO的损失率不足3%;通过处理量500kg/h的多级悬浮还原焙烧半工业试验结果表明,对广西新振锰矿进行悬浮还原焙烧,合适的操作参数为:多级悬浮反应炉温度1050~950℃,多级悬浮反应炉入口气体CO浓度4.5%~7.5%,多级悬浮反应炉中固气比0.5~0.8kg/Nm3,二氧化锰的转化率达到了90%以上。据热平衡表计算可得,焙烧1t原矿需要补充的热耗为:1.432×106kJ/t(原矿),折合为48.94kg(标煤)/t(原矿)。结果表明:悬浮闪速还原焙烧反应工艺,具有较宽温度、气氛、固气比的操作范围,反应时间由几十分钟缩减到5~60s,产品锰铁比的大幅度提高,为充分利用锰矿资源提供了技术基础。Technology of reduction roasting in suspending of manganese oxide ore are studied in this paper.The roasting temperature was between 800~950℃ when it is roasted in accumulative formation,The transform rate of manganese dioxide transformed into manganese oxide is above 90%.Iron content of roasted product can be decreased 30% by low intense magnetic separation,while loss of Mn、MnO content is less than 3%.When manganese minerals in from Guangxi Xin-manganese group Co.,Ltd.are roasted,Results of multi—grade suspending pilot test whose capacity is 500kg/h showed that:in the condition of the volume fraction of CO was 4.5%~7.5%,the reaction furnace temperature was 1050~950℃ and the solidgas ratio was 0.5~0.8kg/m3,By suspending flash reduction roasting,manganese dioxide reduction index is above 90%.Speculated by test data,The heat need to be supplemented is 1.432×10 6 kJ/t when 1ton raw material is reduced,Converted into 48.94kg(coal equivalent) /t(ore) .The suspending flash reduction roasting reaction process has a wide operating range for parameters such as temperature,atmosphere,solid-gas ratio and so on.The reduction roasting system can be controlled and be operated easily and stably,Reaction time is reduced to 5~60 seconds,Ferromanganese ratio of reduction product are highly improved by magnetic separating purification.New technology provide the technical foundation for taking full advantage of this manganese resources.
