摘　　要：专利信息作为一种重要的经济情报和科技情报来源,有着重要的情报价值,同时专利战略体系中的反情报策略逐渐得到认识和应用。本文重点介绍了企业的专利反情报策略,分析该策略的形成原因,并通过博弈模型进行研究,提出该策略的应用条件。Patent information as an important source of economic intelligence and technical intelligence has an important intelligence value. Meanwhile,the counterintelligence strategies in the patent strategic system have been gradually recognized and applied. This article mainly introduces the counterintelligence strategies for enterprise patent,analyzes the cause for the formation of the strategies,and puts forward the application conditions of the strategies by the study of the game model.
